Dear colleagues, we are very pleased to invite you again this year to our current continuing education program for Complementary Medicine in Oncology 2025.

We begin the curriculum on February 19th with Dr. Ali Behzad and his lecture on resources and uncertainties in the online presentations of complementary medicine. This lecture was originally planned for September 2024 and had to be rescheduled. In May, Prof. Dr. Reinhard Saller will give a presentation on the current state of research on milk thistle, with a focus on its use in the context of malignant diseases. This will be followed in September by PD Dr. med. Christian Kessler, who will explain the scientific background for the use of medicinal mushrooms. In November, Prof. Dr. Diana Steinmann will conclude the program with a presentation on the use of complementary medicine alongside radiotherapy.

I very much hope that both the speakers and the selected topics will be of interest to you, and I look forward to welcoming you!
